Yes. Our bags are certified OK compost HOME by TÜV AUSTRIA (certificate TA8021601594), so they break down in a home compost bin, with no industrial facility needed. Because dog waste can carry bacteria, use a separate compost bin for it and don't use that compost on fruit or vegetables.
It depends on your town. Many municipalities ask for dog waste to go in the grey "resto" container, while some accept it in the brown organic container (contenedor marrón). Please check your local ayuntamiento's rules. Never put the bags in the yellow plastic container.
